Southeast Asia in the Delaware Valley

An excellent site by Robert Wood of Rutgers-Camden describing the culture of South east Asians in the South Jersey and Philadelphia area. Great information about fascinating transplanted cultures. One of the best things about sharing food is that its an entry point to learning about other cultures and other ways of life. That's one reason that Wood's site is so appealing. And the Asian tigers know how to cook!

If you are in the Cherry Hill area, check out Pho Eden at 1900 Greentree road for some tasty Vietnamese food. Not much to look at, they have tasty Phos and grilled meats with vermicilli. Don't forget to add the chili sauce to taste. I will be there for lunch today...
