The Kick Off

Welcome to the restaurant and wine review blog of Greg Pavlik. I will have intermittent reviews of food experiences centered on the mid atlantic region of the US and the greater San Francisco area. That's not by design: it just matches my bi-coastal lifestyle.

I was originally going to host this blog anonymously for a couple of reasons. First, I didn't to gain a reputation (for good or for evil) with area restaurateurs. Better to dine anonymously and in peace. But since most of my dining out has been west coast based these days, I figure this won't be a problem. Second, I didn't want folks to confuse this with my "real" blog. Hopefully this will serve as a warning: if you're interested in enterprise software, try gregpavlik.blogspot.com. From here on out, it's food, wine and a bit of travel....
